We provide Top-Quality Party Equipment for Your Event. Tables, chairs, tents, and more available. We handle the logistics for a seamless experience. Let us know your needs, and we'll ensure an unforgettable occasion. 

 Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 25% deposit for orders over $250 and 50% for orders under $250. The full balance of the order is due 2 business days prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 2 business days prior to delivery. 

Three weeks' notice is required on all cancellations to receive a full refund. All orders cancelled with less than 14 days' notice will forfeit their 50% deposit. Orders cancelled less then 48 hours before day of pick up or delivery will be responsible for the entire amount. 

Reservations are required to reserve your equipment as soon as possible so that you know you will be able to get what you need. 

Yes!  Delivery charges are based on zip code. The minimum delivery charge is $50.00. Deliveries include first floor, to your door or yard. There will be additional charges for other than first floor deliveries. Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked. They must be stacked for pickup. 

 Yes, we do! You may pick up from our warehouse in Davie, Florida.

Our standard delivery service is Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Delivery at a specific time is available for an additional fee. 

Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used. 

We can set up and breakdown the equipment for an additional charge and arrangements must be made prior to delivery and/or pickup.  No equipment may be taken apart or moved to another address, unless U Party We Rent gives specific consent. 

You will be charged the replacement cost on that item. 

VISA, Master Card, Discover and most Debit cards. 

For an additional fee, we provide services to help with events starting early in the morning or late at night. For Saturday or Sunday events we only deliver a day early. 

 A valid state ID or drivers' license is required on ALL rentals. You must be at least 18 years old to rent. 

Yes, you can change, alter, and eliminate items from your order providing you are not within the cancellation timeframe. Additions to your order may be taken, but if not previously reserved, we cannot guarantee items will be available.
